You add these salts to a punch bowl or container with hot water.

Way of use:
1- heat 1 liter of water

3- Let it refuel for 5 minutes or until the water temperature is perfect for immersing your feet.
4- Immerse your feet and let them rest in this comforting bath for 15 minutes or more.
5- Dry your feet with a towel, lie down on the bed or chair with a foot rest so you can continue resting.
