Tea measurement: 3gr. for every 6 ounces of water
- Heat water to 70 to 80 degrees Celsius (158-176 degrees F) *DO NOT let it boil
- Place the leaves (already measured) in the hot water
- Let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes (rest time is very important). If you let it rest for too long, it will become bitter.
