This specialty is only produced in the mountainous Nantou region of Taiwan. Highly prized by tea connoisseurs around the world, its leaves are lightly oxidized and tightly rolled by hand.
The relatively short oxidation time ensures a light and fresh character.
The dried leaves are olive green and jade green.
In the cup, its liquor is bright and light amber in colour. Very lively during its first infusion; it is reminiscent of peach blossoms.
Its leaves, once heated, can be re-infused up to three times, obtaining a different experience with each infusion.
