Pai Mu Tan is considered the most well-known and appreciated white tea in the world. This tea grows in the Fujian province and is known as "white peony."
After harvesting, the tea is dried in the sun or indoors without any technical means.
The foliage offers a play of green colors in all its facets, is very voluminous, and contains a good portion of elongated leaves with silvery-white tips. The cup shines amber and gives off an elegant flavor with toasted notes.
