In this workshop, you will learn what real tea is and how to differentiate it from an herbal infusion, explore the main types of tea, and learn how to prepare them correctly to highlight their aromas and flavors.
You will also develop your palate through a guided tasting, learn the basic principles of tea pairing, and prepare a refreshing tea cocktail recipe.
Additionally, we will discuss the properties of the plants we will taste and how to enjoy each cup in a more conscious way.
